A & J Angus Farm
Description:
A & J is owned and managed by Anita & Jack Thayer. We do all the work and all the marketing on our farm, almost all of which at this time is by private treaty. We have had a lot of input into our program from folks raising commercial cattle and in many cases by other Angus breeders whose advice and help have been so important to our continued progress. We strive to be an excellent source of Angus genetics with a herd that is managed with integrity. Our cattle are mated with bloodlines that will produce top quality animals. When our cattle are sold, we want our customers to have accurate, up-to-date information on them.

A+ Angus Ranch
Description:
The A+ operation began in the spring of 1995 with about 140 heifers and 50 cows from a premier herd in Oklahoma. The cattle were rich in Drake and Spur Ranch breeding. Goals were set by Brad, Nancy and Parker and the A+ Program of Excellence was underway. From that start, we continued to add high-quality females from programs in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as, the Thomas Angus Ranch, Baker City, Oregon, and Gardiners and Dickinsons of Kansas. The focus was on balanced EPDs, strong pedigrees and carcass genetics.
